Wisal
A place to meet where Arabic is the first language, not the translation.

What it is
Wisal is built for Arabic-speaking singles: the app starts in Arabic, the profile carries a photo, and the search works by gender, country, age, distance, nationality, intent and religion. Signing in happens with a one-time code by email. In development, not yet released — and the list it shows is still sample data.

What works today
Sign-in without a password
A one-time code sent by email opens the account. No password to choose, none to forget.
The profile
Gender and photo. The picture is chosen from the gallery, cropped in the app and checked by an automatic moderation service before it appears.
One profile at a time
Like, pass, and take a decision back. The list is presented one card at a time instead of as a grid.
Search by what matters here
Gender, country, age, distance, nationality, intent and religion — the filters are part of the product's premise, not an extra.
The core flow
Sign in
Enter the address, receive a one-time code, done.
Set up the profile
Add gender and a photo; the photo goes through moderation.
Look around
The discover list shows one profile at a time — like, pass, or undo.
Narrow it down
The search filters by country, age, distance, nationality, intent and religion.
What exists, and what does not
Two lists, in the app's own state. The second one is not optional.

Not finished yet
- No release: Wisal is not in the App Store or on Google Play.

- There is no matching: two likes do not yet become a connection.
- The discover list and the search work on local sample data; no running backend has been shown.
- No hosting has been shown for the app, and there is no signed build.
- Report and block are missing from the interface.
- An 18+ check does not exist yet.
Worth knowing
Wisal is a dating product, and it is not finished: moderation for photos exists, chat and matching do not, and report, block and an 18+ check are still missing. For a product with this audience those are requirements before release, not details after it.
