FreelanceDesk
Clients, time and budget in one place — built for freelance work.

What it is
FreelanceDesk puts clients, projects and time in one interface, with a budget view for each project. It is a design prototype in development: the screens exist, but nothing is recorded and nothing is saved.
Draft — wording not yet approved
What works today
One overview
One screen shows the key figures, the week's working time, the demo projects and a timer card that is still static.
Clients
A client list with name search and a status filter. The filter is kept in the address, so a filtered list survives a reload and can be shared.
Time entry
A form for manual entries that checks the date, the duration and the activity before it shows what would be recorded.
Budget consumption
Every project shows how much of its agreed budget the demo hours would use. The overview and the client view calculate it the same way.
What exists, and what does not
Two lists, in the app's own state. The second one is not optional.

Not finished yet
- No release: FreelanceDesk is not in the App Store or on Google Play, and there is no signed Android build.
- There is no backend, no account and no sign-in.
- Projects, reports, billing and settings are placeholders, not screens.
- Invoices, PDF reports and real client approvals are not built; the approval buttons in the prototype are disabled.
- The interface is German only. An English version is planned but has not been translated.
- Nothing is saved yet. Every table shows example data that disappears when the page is reloaded.
