Flow Yoga
A yoga sequence built for the time you have today, not a library to search.

What it is
Flow Yoga asks for goal, duration, level, focus and what you have at hand, then builds a sequence that fits the time exactly — with a preview of every phase before you start, and a player that keeps the pace. 48 asanas are stored with instructions in both languages. In development, not yet released.

What works today
Five questions
Goal, duration, level, focus and props — that is the whole input. It replaces the search through hundreds of videos.
A sequence that fits the time
The generator is deterministic and matches the requested duration exactly, so a 20-minute flow is 20 minutes long.
The preview
Phases, total time and the number of exercises are visible before the first asana — including warnings when the combination does not work.
The session player
A timer leads through the sequence, with pause, next and a proper ending. The completed session goes into the history, stored on the device.
The core flow
Choose
Goal, duration, level, focus — and which props are within reach.
Generate
Flow Yoga builds a sequence that adds up to exactly that time.
Check
The preview shows phases and exercises before anything starts.
Practise
The player runs the session, then files it in the history.
What exists, and what does not
Two lists, in the app's own state. The second one is not optional.

Not finished yet
- No release: Flow Yoga is not in the App Store, on Google Play or in the Microsoft Store.
- German and English only — there is no Arabic interface and no right-to-left layout.
- No audio, no voice guidance and no video: the app shows the sequence, it does not demonstrate it.
- The tabs "Discover", "My flows" and "Profile" are placeholders.
- Safety notes exist per asana in the data, but the interface never shows them.
- The app contains no medical classification and no health advice.
Worth knowing
Flow Yoga is not a substitute for instruction or medical advice, and it does not present itself as one. The safety notes per asana exist in the data but are not shown in the app yet — anyone practising with it does so without them.
