Overview

What it is

MOTVYRA is the working title of a strength-training app for the upper body: chest, arms and shoulders, balanced with back and core. From your goal, experience, training place and available days it puts together a plan, leads you through every workout and keeps your progress on your device. The app is in development and not released, and the name is not final.

Features

What the app already does

  • Three programmes, one plan

A four-week start, an eight-week build-up and a four-week express programme. The plan is put together by fixed rules from your answers in five short onboarding steps.

  • 37 exercises, explained

For chest, shoulders, back, biceps, triceps and core, each with starting position, steps, common mistakes, a safety note and alternatives. The pictures are schematic drawings, not photos.

  • A workout that keeps count

A preview with warm-up, sets logged with weight and repetitions, a rest timer, pause and resume, and an exercise swapped for an alternative when equipment is missing.

  • Progress you can follow

Training volume over time, the development of each exercise, optional body measurements and a private side-by-side comparison of two photos.

  • On your device

No account and no cloud: workouts, measurements and photos stay on the device, and one step in the settings deletes all of them.

Flow

The core flow

  1. Set up

Goal, experience, home or gym, training days and duration.

  2. Start

The preview shows the exercises and the warm-up.

  3. Train

Log every set, rest with the timer, swap an exercise if needed.

  4. Follow

Volume, exercise history and measurements show the way so far.

Where it stands

State of development

Short and honest: what still stands between today's state and a release.

Still open

  • Not released: the app is not on Google Play or in the App Store, and there is no public download. Android comes first; the iOS version is prepared but has not been built or tested.
  • MOTVYRA is a working title. Trademark, domain and store-name checks are open; inside the app the old working title still appears.
  • The training content has not yet been reviewed by qualified trainers.
  • The exercises are shown as schematic drawings; photos or videos with cleared rights do not exist yet.
  • German only: the app has no English interface yet. Reminders are a note inside the app, not push notifications.
  • No test on real phones yet.
Availability

Availability and limits

Availability: the app is in development and not available to download; we name no release date. It does not replace instruction by a trainer or medical advice, and its training content has not been reviewed by qualified trainers yet. If you have complaints, an injury or a health condition, ask a doctor before you train.
